GALLERY
Take a gander at our gallery of before, during and after photos of some of the various painting projects we've completed recently.
Residential - 3 Bedroom exterior incl. roof.
We pressure washed the tiled roof and weatherboard exterior + chemical spray to kill off remaining lichen and mould. Spray painted two heavy coats on roof incl. guttering. Some heavy scrapping required on weatherboards, window and door frames incl. re-glazing of some windows where the old putty had deteriorated or completely fallen out. Customer is currently saving up to get the main deck, front and back door flooring areas stained.
46 One Bedroom Unit Exteriors
Classic weatherboard deterioration, peeling paint, popped nail holes, rusted nail caps, warping boards, gaps galore! This job also included full repaint of soffits, and down pipes (x92). There were 3 separate two-tone colour schemes for this project. It took us a day work out our systems for the most efficient and effective approach - then we were flying! We worked in well with the tenants of each unit to reduce any inconveniences to them.
New Build 170m2
One of the many new builds we've completed over the years. Ceilings were sprayed then back rolled. The sprayed black trim, window and door frames really made this paint scheme pop! Sprayed finishes on the front/rear doors needed to be fully masked off to prevent any overspray getting on them.
Pensioner Flats
These photos are a mix of the various pensioner flats we makeover from time to time. Often the wallpaper has to come off having passed its use by date - lifting, bubbling, peeling. Plaster skim coats are required to level off any imperfections. We use an oil based pigment sealer on the walls to repel any potential staining bleeding through the finishing coats.
Restaurant Brands KFC
A heavy sand and strategic stain application brought this project back to life and looking solid and consistent.
Louvers: Just needed some quick prep, a colour match, then a couple of coats of stain to look new again.
Soffits: An exterior plaster fill, level, colour match and new paint left these soffits looking handsome again. Cant have the KFC drive thru looking shabby now can we!
Liquorland Staff Toilets
A small job requiring some plaster patching and a lick of paint to freshen things up! Ideally the area to be painted should be free of clutter. The original paint job had a two tone green horizontal midline through it. The customer asked to have this changed to one colour throughout.
Residential Boundary Fence
An approximate 100m long by 1.8m high residential fence in Cedar colour. Once again I've lost the "before" photos, but I think we've all seen a heavily weathered and faded fence before a repaint so I'll leave it up to your imagination!
Graffiti Removal
Almost every medium known to man was used to tag these public toilet blocks! Not a problem though, we got it all cleaned up, then repainted each block with an anti graffiti finish (not shown).
Rental Entrances
Ultra heavily peeling paint needed a long over due makeover on this investment property! A small job ultimately, but a lot of elbow grease required to get it back to beautiful!
